David H. Trahan, MAI, CRE and Ronald P. Little, MAI operate as the primary consultants in the Trahan & Williams LLC Property Tax Group.  They are the only two MAI designated Appraisers and Licensed Property Tax Consultants in the State of Texas who devote the majority of their time to helping clients reduce their property taxes.

David H. Trahan, CRE, MAI, manages a national tax consulting service practice that has experience in over 40 states. With over 34 years of appraisal experience, David and his professionals use their depth of market knowledge, property tax law insights and extensive appraisal experience to help owners and tenants pay the lowest possible property taxes on real estate, personal property (fixtures, equipment and machinery), and inventory (raw materials or finished inventory).

Ronald P. Little, MAI has been a practicing Real Estate Appraiser and Consultant since 1972 and is a graduate of Texas A & M University with a Bachelor of Science Degree.

His qualifications include the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute, licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas, State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser through the Texas Real Estate Commission, State of Georgia Real Estate Appraisers Board Certified Real Estate Appraiser, State of California Office of Real Estate Appraisers Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, State of South Carolina State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, State of Texas, Senior Property Tax Consultant, State of Arizona, Property Tax Agent, and State of Tennessee, Registered Agent.

Ronald Little has instructed Real Estate Appraising at Jones Real Estate College and Houston Community College and has lectured to various real estate professional organizations.  The Appraisal Institute conducts a program of continuing education for its designated members.  MAIs and SRAs who meet the minimum standards of this program are awarded periodic educational certification.  Mr. Little is currently certified under this program.
